    i have got an ipad with find my iphone activated i restored it but its
    still activated at the activation screen am am stuck dont know what to do
    can you please help me. Thanx

    this solution only lets u to download a latest version of the iOS, but does
    not help to bypass the activation on the welcome screen on ur iphone. it
    still asks you for the apple id n password of the previous user.

    Not true!! When you restore it it still asks to activate by signing into
    the “find my iphone” unless it won’t activate

    You’ll still need the Apple ID after the restore so this is basically
    useless…

    I have the same problem, can anyone help? My gf bought an iPhone 4 in a
    pawn shop, I restore it but when I want to activate it, asks me for the
    iCoud (apple id and password) of the other owner -.-

    I need to bypass find my iPhone on a second hand iTouch 5 my friend got.
    It’s already formatted and he cant’ contact the seller. Can you help with

    not work for me, i have an 4s and i restored the 7.0.2 (current fw)
    throught dfu mode…but the require apple id ask ever….can you help me?

    You will have to activate with a cellular phone company. This is only to
    bypass the ability to restore a device that has Find My iPhone activated.

    I got the phone off a friend and when I try to use it, it says activate
    iphone, is there any way to bypass this, I didn’t pay all this money for
    nothing.
